This Powder Springs Addition was granted the best of both for the husband and wife.  The upstairs Trademark Patio Enclosure created a great space for the husband to have a large downstairs workshop and storage area.  The unique layout of the addition with a step down deck added a private lower deck over looking the beautifully wooded lot.  DC Enclosures removed the original deck and built a new wood foundation to code and added an additional open deck with beautiful bronze aluminum handrail.  The Trademark patio enclosure was built including hardiplank siding on the lower kneewall that was painted to match their home.  As with all of our trademark enclosures this addition included 8″ PVC Corner Columns that the customer accented with white trim.  A full view glass swing door was chose, which exited onto a landing.  The addition included vinyl sliding windows that include screens.  Unique, although appealing to the decor, the customer chose a pale blue to paint the beadboard ceiling.  To complete the look of the interior the customer chose to paint optional bead board kneewall, white.  An added feature done by us as well was the granite bar that will be great for entertaining.  For added comfort the customer added a Gree heat and cool unit to compliment the 270 lo e Glass used in the windows.  This Trademark Patio Enclosures final touches were completed beautifully by the customer as you can see from the pictures.  We are certain they will enjoy this addition with family and friends for a great place to entertain and relax for many years.
