From an old deck to a year-round Patio Enclosure with an updated downstairs patio and a storage room! Our client contacted us to transform their backyard to a more usable space for family entertaining and a space for storage. DC Enclosures came in and did a major overhaul of the backyard. The old deck and steps were torn down and replaced with an extended stained pressure treated deck. With the Gable roof tying into the existing and the hardi-plank outside, we were able to make it appear like the addition was part of the original home. The beadboard around the interior knee wall adds a hint of character to the room as well. We installed LoE Vinyl Sliding windows with screens with both sides opening for easier cleaning maintenance. In order to stay within our client’s budget, we were able to offer them a flagstone look using stamp concrete for the downstairs patio.
