This Woodstock resident wanted a space that she could enjoy her quaint backyard in her community free from pest and the hot sun.  The widespan of the screen gives this homeowner the feel of the outdoors, enjoying the outdoor breeze without the sun.  A simplicity screen enclosure fit her budget while providing an appealing room that matched with the current architecture of the home.  The simplicity screen room on this project was all white and included matching gutter and downspouts to control the waterflow in this restricted area yard.  We assisted the homeowner with a drawing to provide the homeowners associations and applied for the necessary permits.  We also provided the electrical and floor covering for the screen enclosure as well as applicable concrete footings as required by the local building authority.  The enclosure was completed in less than a week.
