Not only is this a sunroom, its sometimes called a Patio Enclosure but for this customer its a kids den.  A place for the kids to study and sometimes for the whole just to hang out.  Originally the customer had an unused deck, but when a sunroom was added it has become the most used area in the home.  The customer was concerned they would have difficulties building a sunroom in this area of their home because they did not ant to block the light out in the rest of their home by covering the existing large Palladian windows.  Until they called DC Enclosures, Inc the sunroom specialist.  Being in business since 1988 we have custom built thousands of unique enclosures with these same constraints.  We provided a drawing for the homeowner so they were able to visualize what the addition would look like added to their home.  These same drawings were used to get the approval from the ACC committee of St. Ives and for making application for the building permit in the City of Johns Creek.
