These John Creek homeowners actually already had a solarium.  However the solarium was not up to the current standard with the new glass technology and they also wanted to changed the purpose of the enclosure as well as their access.  We were able to re-design an enclosure to fit all their current needs.  The new sunroom was built to include access from the living area as well as the master bedroom.  The homeowner chose to use vinyl sliding windows that could be opened to still enjoy the fall breeze.  They chose a new plank tile for a outdoor look and chose to paint walls and ceiling all white.  The white walls and ceiling with the recessed lighting was most elegant.  The view of the pool was not blocked by the new sunroom and still could be viewed from all rooms on the rear of the home.  We provided a turn key project and included a newly poured slab as well as the floor covering.
